1. Affiliates are NOT permitted to use any testimonials, before and after photos in their promotions without written permission from Mira Herbals Inc / Raw Maraby. Affiliates may also not run ads on any platform such as Google AdWords (or any Google property), to bid on "Raw Maraby/ Mira Herbals Inc" based keywords, You can’t use the terms "Raw Maraby/ Mira Herbals Inc" in any pay per click ads, or use any terminology in your ads or landing pages that use the words "scam" or "fraud," or any similar wording. You can’t as an affiliate create customer incentives for purchasing Raw Maraby/ Mira Herbals Inc products (Such as cash rebates or any 3rd party bonus offers).

2. Affiliates must also NEVER use any media they do not own(This includes images or videos) that they do not own.

3. Affiliates cannot falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of the Raw Maraby/ Mira Herbals Inc brands of products. Any review page and all creative contained therein must include the word 'REVIEW' in the title, the URL and any graphics used in the cover image or profile image. This includes blogs, web pages, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or ANY OTHER online entity whether or not it is considered to be "social media".

4.Affiliates may not post their affiliate codes to any coupon websites such as Retailmenot, Couponbird and or any other discount /coupon site. This also includes SEO ranking of a personal discount page that is not an actual true review of our products.

5. Affiliates should never make any kind of claim of curing, diagnosing, treating any form of diseases with raw Maraby products. This is forbidden and will result in banning your account. You should make health claims of any kind.

6. You may not bypass Raw Maraby/ Mira Herbals Inc pages to generate orders.  So there should be no direct linking to the cart or any order forms from any of your ads or landing pages. The customer has to view our offer before landing on the cart.

7. Affiliates cannot buy products using their own affiliate link. Any conversion and corresponding commission under this category will be denied and multiple such attempts would result in removal of the Affiliate from this program.
